Frequently Asked Questions
We try to do as much as we can in-house. The work we do in-house is based on our strengths so we can perform our best. For activities we believe are not suitable for us to complete, we sub-contract to other skilled professionals.
Since we hold our clients’ privacy most importantly in our company, and we predominantly work under a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA), we are not allowed to talk about or show the general public most of the projects. We would prefer that our experience in the field, and your experience with us, help prove that we are able to provide the very best.
No, we do not. Since we work in many different cities, counties, states, and countries, we recommend or sub-contract engineers based in the project’s respective location. To make this localization path easier, we mindfully design according to engineering standards.
If you do not have a budget, we will provide a budgetary number (free of charge) prior to starting a project, so that you can decide whether or not to proceed with a project.
We do both design consultancy and fabrication at our facility!
For clients who wish to complete a project themselves, we offer a “Design Only” service. If “Design Only” service is preferred, we will provide a complete proposal prior to starting. In our experience, this usually costs more in the long run (unless an economy of scale comes into play).
For most projects we do not charge hourly for our services. We typically work with our clients to incorporate the cost of our services into the project and its completion.
